Prague Court rejects alleged Russian fraudster's asylum suit

The Prague Municipal Court has rejected a lawsuit by Russian national named Sergei Kudashkin challenging a Ministry of the Interior decision to deny him asylum. The court's decision cannot be appealed.

Russian authorities have been seeking the extradition of the 43-year-old businessman for fraud. Kudashkin claims that the charges are baseless and that he was tortured in a Russian prison in the past.
