More countries to turn red on Czech travel map as of Monday
More countries will be put on the list of high-risk and very high risk Covid states as of Monday, the Czech Health Ministry announced.
It will be more difficult to enter the country from Montenegro, Israel, Kosovo, Lebanon, Northern Macedonia and the United States, which will go dark red on the travel map, indicating a very high risk of Covid infection, while Bulgaria, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Spain, the Balearic Islands and Switzerland will go from orange to red.
Passengers arriving from red or dark red countries are required to undergo a PCR test between the 5th and 14th day after arrival and must remain in self-isolation until cleared. The obligation to test and self-isolate does not apply to people who are fully vaccinated or have confirmation that they have undergone Covid-19 in the last 180 days.
