Two million people fill in census questionnaire

The Czech Statistics Office says it has so far registered two million completed questionnaires since the start of the national census ten days ago. People can fill in the forms on their computers or use an app on their mobile phones. Due to technical problems on the first day of the census the deadline was extended by more than a month from April 9 to May 11. From April 17 people will be able to fill in paper forms which they can get from census commissioners or at their post office. The deadline for paper forms is also May 11.
