Iuridicum Remedium announces Big Brother anti-prize winners

The legal non-profit Iuridicum Remedium on Friday announced this year’s recipients of its Big Brother Award, given to entities that it says violate personal privacy: the Ministry of Health, the company Cogniware and MPs Monika Červíčková and Jiří Mašek.

Iuridicum Remedium chose the Ministry of Health due to misconduct in handling personal data during the coronavirus pandemic, Cogniware for developing a tracking system, and the MPs for proposing to mandatory registration for people who shop using anonymous SIM cards.
