Czech government bans non-essential travel to the Czech Republic
The Czech government has banned all non-essential travel to the Czech Republic, regardless of which country people are travelling from, the Czech Foreign Ministry tweeted on Friday.
The decision, made in connection with the worsening coronavirus pandemic, enters into force on midnight Friday.
The ban does not apply to working trips, trip to visit relatives, medical facilities and care homes, trips to attend weddings or funerals.
