CR on list of regions from which Germany will demand negative test on entry
It will only be possible to enter Germany from the Czech Republic with a negative Covid-19 test from this coming Thursday, under new rules issued by the Berlin government. It has placed the Czech Republic on a list of regions with a high incidence of the coronavirus and with new mutations of it.
Quarantine is also required from people arriving from places with over 200 new cases per 100,000 inhabitants. This can be ended after five days with a further negative test. The only exceptions to the quarantine requirement are for cross-border workers.
