Marks and Spencer to close its Czech branches from January 15 due to supply issues
The British retail chain Marks and Spencer has announced on its Facebook account that its stores in the Czech Republic will be closed from January 15. It states further that the shops will remain closed as long as the extraordinary coronavirus measures are in place, which prevent the sale of non-essential products.
Until now, Marks and Spencer has only been operating its food sections, which could operate as they were selling essential supplies. However, these too have become depleted due to import and export issues resulting from Britain’s recent exit from the European Union.
