61 percent of Czechs support nuclear energy, survey shows

The maintenance and construction of new nuclear power blocks is supported by 61 percent of Czechs, according to the results of a November survey conducted by International Business and Research Services for the state owned CEZ energy company. The level of support is two points lower than according to a similar survey conducted in the spring of 2020. However, Czech support for nuclear power remains among the highest in Europe.
