Number of newly registered Covid-19 cases drops over weekend

The number of COVID 19 cases registered in the Czech Republic on Sunday reached 50, with no casualties reported. More than half of the cases were reported in the regions of Karvinná and Frýdek-Místek.

The number of cases detected since the start of the epidemic is 10,498. 336 people have died of the infection or related complications, and 7,505 have recovered. Currently, 2,657 people are fighting the disease.
