Jarmila Rážová to be appointed country’s chief hygiene officer

The government will appoint Jarmila Rážová the country’s chief hygiene officer on Monday. Mrs Rážová was selected out of three candidates in an open competition.

Mrs Rážová has been temporary in charge of the office since mid-March. She replaced Eva Gottwaldová, who was dismissed for failing in her duties.

Mrs Rážová previously served as the head of the Central Bohemian Hygiene Office.
