New coronavirus cases drop to six-day low
There were 52 more Covid-19 patients recorded in the Czech Republic on Friday, a six-day low. The daily increase has remained below 80 since May 18.
There are 9,942 known cases, with the largest numbers of new outbreaks in Prague and in the Moravian-Silesian region.
The largest epidemic focus remains the Darkov mine in the northeast of the Czech Republic, where a total of 485 people tested positive.
To date, about two-thirds of people infected have recovered from the novel coronavirus while 328 have died.
