Hilgertová reaches Beijing Olympics

The best known Czech kayaker, 40-year-old Štěpánka Hilgertová, has qualified for the upcoming Olympic Games in Beijing. The two-time Olympic winner will be attending the games for the fifth time. Canoeists Stanislav Ježek, Jaroslav Volf and Ondřej Štěpánek have also qualified for the event.
