Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra enters 90th season

This week’s edition of Sunday Music show is dedicated to the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra, which recently entered its 90th season and we’ll be listening to the opening concert featuring Ludwig van Beethoven’s violin concerto performed by Jan Mráček, and the Heroic Symphony number 3.

For the upcoming season, the ensemble has also prepared some more experimental projects to attract also younger audiences. We’ll be talking about that with the orchestra’s director Jakub Čížek in our future edition of In Focus.
