Incubator e-konom

IT incubators that breed dot.com companies are fairly common in the West, but less so in the Czech Republic. There are a few, however: one of them was set up by the leading Czech economic magazine, Ekonom, on a slightly different basis - it's a non-profit organisation. How does such an incubator work in a Czech environment? What future do such projects have and is the government interested in breeding a new economy? I talked to Jiri Grund, manager of the incubator e-konom project, and his colleague Renata Dalrymple.
