Despite teething problems, twinning project deemed successful
At a recent press conference, the Czech Environment Ministry presented the results of the very first environmental twinning project in the Czech Republic. Klaus Gabriel, an official from the Baravian government, has spent the past eighteen months working with officials at the Czech Environmental Inspector's Office, bringing them up to speed on EU standards and procedures.
