Ninth annual Cirkopolis festival kicks off in Prague

The annual international festival of contemporary circus Cirkopolis gets underway in Prague on Sunday. The ninth edition of the event will kick off with a show by the American performed Wes Pedes at Prague's Akropolis Palace.

Among the other highlights of the festival, which runs until February 18, is the French Compagnie 7Bis and the Belgian performers Alexander Vantournhout and Axel Guérin.
