New seasonal ferry lines launched in Prague

Starting this Friday, new seasonal ferry line will connect the banks of the Vltava River in Prague. The ferry, called Šemík, will be operating between the Smíchov waterfront and the Rašín embankment, Prague Town Hall spokesman told the Czech News Agency.

There are currently eight ferry lines operated by the Prague public transport system, with three of them running throughout the year. The seasonal ones usually resume operation in April and run until the end of October.
