New Chief prosecutor to focus on juvenile crime

Lenka Bradáčová, the newly appointed Chief State Prosecutor, has outlined her key priorities, including tackling juvenile crime, unifying sentencing practices, and modernizing the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office.

She plans to focus on advancing digital transformation, improving information systems, and addressing cybercrime. Bradáčová also highlighted the need to combat corruption and hate speech, which she views as serious threats to national security and stability.

Additionally, she aims to streamline the prosecution system by reducing its tiers from four to three.
