More than 6 million now fully vaccinated in Czechia

The number of fully vaccinated individuals exceeded 6 million in the Czech Republic on Saturday. This brings the total ratio of fully vaccinated people in the Czech population up to 57.1 percent. A further 106,760 people have been partially vaccinated.

Meanwhile, 665 people tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday, the largest number of cases recorded on a weekend day since the beginning of May.

Currently, there are 306 hospitalised patients infected with the coronavirus. 30,501 people have so far died of COVID-19 as of Sunday.
