Ministry again accepting applications to take part in Qualified Worker Programme
The Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs has begun accepting applications for work permits from nationals of EU states for the first time since the coronavirus crisis began. The country’s Qualified Worker Programme is now open to applicants at Czech diplomatic missions in Ukraine, a major source of labour in the Czech Republic, as well as Serbia, Mongolia, Moldova and Kazakhstan.
The move comes in response to high demand from Czech employers for workers from other countries, the Ministry said in a statement.
