Meteorologists issue extreme heatwave warning

Meteorologists have issued an exteme heatwave warning for the coming week when temperatures are expected to reach 35 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and 36 degrees on Wednesday. Temperatures at night are also expected to remain high, above the 20 degree mark. Friday could bring slight relief with temeratures around 28 degrees Celsius

People have been warned to increase their intake of liquids, not to spend too much time outdoors and not forget proper protection. Young children, the elderly and people with chronic diseases should stay out of the sun.
