Lower house Foreign Affairs Committee recommends approving postal voting bill

The lower house Foreign Affairs Committee has recommended approving without changes the coalition government's proposal to introduce postal voting for Czechs living abroad. The bill received support from 11 of the 14 committee members present. However, amendments to the proposal could arise from negotiations between the government and the opposition, the Czech News Agency says.
