The Czech minister of foreign affairs, Jan Lipavský, has convened a meeting of his ministry’s Crisis Staff on Sunday evening to discuss the situation in Russia. As well as analysing events surrounding the uprising by the Wagner mercenary army, the meeting will discuss the coordination of responses at the Europe Union and NATO levels, the ministry said in a press release.
