Kristyna and Marek Milde are a Czech artist duo based in Brooklyn. Through installation, sculpture, photography, and collage, they explore how urban life affects our relationship to nature and the objects around us — revealing both the tension and the connections between the two. Their work has been featured in institutions including Kunsthalle Prague, MoMA, and the Queens Museum in New York. Magdalena Kadula spoke to them about home, identity, and the environments that influence how we live.
