Kigen and Borecha triumph in 26th Prague Marathon

The 26th Prague Marathon was won on Sunday by Nobert Kigen of Kenya in the men’s category with a time of 2:07:54 and in the women’s category by Ethiopia’s Bekelech Borecha in a time of 2:22:56.

The first Czech man to cross the line in on a hot and sunny day was Jiří Homoláč, who triumphed among local competitors for the third time; Marcela Joglová was the fastest Czech woman, a feat she achieved for the first time.
