Jourová to decide on ANO future depending on tone of Euro election campaign

Czechia’s member of the European Commission, Věra Jourová, says she will watch the policies put forward by her party ANO in next year’s European Parliament elections before deciding whether to remain a member. Ms. Jourová made the comment in an interview for Deník N.

She is currently vice-president for values and transparency in her second term on the Commission. Her time there will end next year after 10 years.

Ms. Jourová said if ANO’s campaign was at odds with her values she could quit the party.
