The great sprinter, world champion and Olympic medallist Marlene Ottey from Jamaica has recently taken out Slovenian citizenship and will compete for Slovenia at the Athens Olympics in September. It's a long way from Jamaica to Slovenia - from sun, sand, and surf to snow and Alps - but Marlene Ottey has made the journey and will become the only female track athlete to compete in five Olympic Games.

Marlene Ottey has been living in Slovenia for the past three years and is training with the well known coach Srdjan Djordevic. We met with Marlene for an interview at the Ljubljana sports stadium, where she trains with other famous athletes like Ana Guevara from Mexico, Felix Sanchez from the Dominican Republic and Slovenian athletes preparing for the Olympics. Has her opinion of Slovenia changed since she moved here?
