Interior Ministry: Number of new Ukrainian refugees down to a trickle, some returning home

The Czech Republic has granted over 293 000 special visas to refugees from Ukraine since the start of the war, according to data published by the Interior Ministry. Registration centres report that the inflow of refugees has now slowed considerably with the Prague centre reporting 294 refugees on Friday, which is less than half the number of refugees it registered on the same day a week ago. Interior Minister said earlier this week that the number of refugees appears to have stabilized at 300,000 and some of them have even started returning to safer parts of Ukraine.
