Hunting of wild boar underway in Klanovice forest
Hunters have started hunting wild boar in Klanovice forest on the outskirts of Prague (Prague 21) and the municipality has warned people who use the locality, to avoid it in the early morning and after dark. This pertains particularly to cyclists, joggers and dogs owners who are often there in the early morning and late evening. The warning has appeared on social networks and the local paper but many people are reportedly unaware of it. According to Prague 21, the hunting will continue in the vicinity until the end of November. Wild boars have overbred in the area and are a risk to people.
