Hungary tries "inclusion" to end Roma exclusion

Hungary's Roma minority is mostly poor and shut out of many of society's opportunities and benefits. In an attempt to end the exclusion the government has adopted what is called - the Decade of Roman Inclusion - a European Union initiative. It's due to be debated by Parliament this summer.
