The Hrádek “vampire” back on display
Archaeologists have unveiled a new exhibition featuring the skeletal remains of the legendary “vampire” Tobias in the cellar of the multifunctional center in Hrádek nad Nisou. The original display, opened in 2012, was ultimately destroyed by moisture and mold. The skeleton is on view in a faithful replica of the exact site and position in which it was originally discovered, giving visitors an up-close look at the eerie find, just as archaeologists first saw it.
