Road workers closed the road from Tanvald to Poland for trucks on Saturday morning. Meteorologists have warned that up to 60 centimeters of new snow may fall in the Hradec Králové and Liberec regions over the weekend. High wind and icy roads are complicating the situation. Drivers have been warned not to set out for the mountain regions without winter tires and appropriate gear.
