Health Ministry pushing ahead with vaccinations of schoolchildren so as to avoid testing
The Ministry of Health wants to speed up the vaccination of children aged 12 to 15 ahead of the new school year, Health Minister Adam Vojtech told journalists. He said the aim was to increase the capacity of centers vaccinating minors since only fully vaccinated pupils will be able to return to school in September without tests. About a fifth of schoolchildren between the ages of twelve and fifteen have entered the vaccination process so far. Half of them have already received the first dose, the others have at least registered or already have a reserved date. About 4,700 children are in line to get vaccinated.
