Health minister: People with one vaccine will not need test after three weeks
From next Monday, May 24, people who have received at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine will not need to be tested after three weeks, Health Minister Petr Arenberger said at a press conference on Friday. Until now, only fully vaccinated individuals were exempted from testing, while those with only one dose had to present a valid COVID-19 test.
The government is set to discuss further subsidization of coronavirus tests on Monday. Earlier this week, the chief hygienist proposed making two tests free every month during the summer period. Currently, Czechs are allowed to take one free antigen test every three days.
