Government to decide on reopening of schools after Easter
The government will meet after Easter to approve a plan for the gradual return of children to school, starting on April 12.Schools should first reopen to first and second graders, as well as children in kindergartens. However they will be allowed back in smaller groups which will rotate by the week.
The children will have to undergo non-invasive antigen tests twice a week and first and second graders will have to wear respirators. According to Education Minister Robert Plaga it is not yet clear if schools will reopen in all districts because that will depend on the epidemiological situation in the respective area.
