Fully vaccinated Czechs can travel to Croatia up to one year since last shot
Croatia has allowed fully vaccinated Czechs to enter the country up to one year after receiving the second dose of the vaccine, Foreign Minister Jakub Kulhánek wrote on Twitter on Saturday.
Until now, the vaccine was valid only up to 270 days since the last shot. Croatia is the most popular foreign destination for Czechs in summer. This year, over 750,000 Czech tourists travelled there, which is almost as many as before the outbreak of Covid.
Croatia is in the red, high-risk category of countries on the Czech Health Ministry’s travel map. Passengers arriving from these countries are required to undergo a PCR test between the 5th and 14th day after arrival and must remain in self-isolation until cleared. The obligation to test and self-isolate does not apply to people who are fully vaccinated or have confirmation that they have undergone Covid-19 in the last 180 days.
