Four-day workweek boosts efficiency and well-being, says institute
A shortened four-day workweek with full pay and maintained productivity could represent a path toward the future sustainability of work and economic growth. Trials abroad and in Czechia have confirmed increased business efficiency and income, as well as improved employee mental health. This was stated by the Institute for Politics and Society (IPS), which sent its report on the future, flexibility, and work reduction to the Czech News Agency (ČTK). The report summarizes research findings from both domestic and international sources. IPS was founded in 2014 by the ANO movement.
