Foreigners without public health insurance will be able to register for vaccine within days
Foreigners without public health insurance in the Czech Republic will be able to start registering for a Covid vaccine at the end of this week, the Czech government decided on Monday.
The exact date has yet to be clarified, since the system is currently being tested.
They will get the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine and the price should not exceed 850 crowns.
It is not clear how many people this may concern. According to Interior Ministry statistics there were over 656,000 foreigners living in the country at the end of the first quarter. Over 344,000 of them have permanent residence in the Czech Republic.
