Export of military equipment rose sharply in 2024

Exports of military equipment from Czechia rose by roughly 86 percent year-on-year in 2024, reaching approximately CZK 91 billion. This is according to the annual report on foreign trade in military equipment for 2024, published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. According to the report, the ministry issued 1,678 export licenses for military equipment to 95 countries last year, with a total value of nearly CZK 105.3 billion.
