Eighty percent of Czech firms want end to work from home
Most Czech companies want their staff to return to their workplaces and do away with work from home practices, suggests a survey of 700 employers cited by Czech Television. Many firms believe that their employees are less productive at home and losing good working habits.
Eighty percent of companies surveyed said that were bringing their people back to their places of work. Fourteen percent said they would allow combined workplace and “home office” and just two percent said they would prefer mainly work from home.
