Education Minister requests priority vaccination for preschool, special school staff

Minister of Education, Robert Plaga will request a modification of the government's coronavirus vaccination strategy, which he said neglected to include preschool and special schools teachers and other staff, he announced via Twitter.

Plaga said the current formulation of the strategy approved on December 7 may give the impression that vaccination of teachers has a lower priority than front line medical workers, medical personnel, firefighters, police, soldiers, the elderly or people with chronic diseases.
