Disinflation to continue

The Czech economy has been experiencing a decrease in inflation for four months. The Czech National Bank expects the disinflation to continue into the next quarter. Consequently, the inflation rate will remain below the inflation target brackets. As a result of the price development and the appreciation of the Czech currency, there have been calls for the Czech National Bank to cut interest rates.
