Czechs can use e-prescriptions in Croatia

Czech citizens can use digital drug prescriptions in more than 1,300 pharmacies in Croatia, the State Institute for Drug Control, announced on Wednesday.

They will need to pay for the medication on the spot and will be reimbursed in Czech crowns by their health insurance company upon request.

As of mid-June, Czechs can also get electronically prescribed medicine in Poland.

The list of pharmacies which allow the option to use a Czech e-prescription is published on the website of the State Institute for Drug Control.
