Czechia unable to find oil supplier for third time
The Czech State Material Reserves Administration (SSHR) has been searching in vain for months for oil suppliers and now for the third time, no one has applied for the tender of 52.2 million dollars, news site iDNES.cz reported on Saturday. The SSHR will therefore announce the tender again. The first attempt was at the end of July and a second attempt failed in September when there were no bidders for the contract again.
According to a spokesperson for the government body, the state now only has enough oil reserves to last for 90 days, which is the statutory minimum.
