Czechia to transfer 465Wh renewable energy surplus to Slovenia

The Czech Republic’s industry and trade ministry has signed an agreement to statistically transfer a 465Wh renewable energy surplus to Slovenia for about €5 million.

EU member states that have production of electricity from renewable sources higher than their national targets can offer these surpluses to other member states which fail to meet the annual targets.
