Czechia saw record number of Covid-19 deaths in March
Some 4,977 people died of Covid-19 related complications in March, which is the highest monthly figure since the outbreak of the epidemic in the country, according to revised data of the Ministry of Health.
To date, there have been 25,778 Covid-19 deaths recorded in the Czech Republic, which makes it one the most affected countries in the world. In March, the daily death toll regularly exceeded 200.
