Czech tennis players set for two medals after reaching Olympic finals

The tennis doubles pair of Barbora Krejčíková and Kateřina Siniaková will take home a medal from the Olympic Games in Tokyo after qualifying for the final on Thursday. The Czech duo overcame Veronika Kudermetova and Elena Vesnia of Russia 6-3 3-6 10-6. In the singles Markéta Vondroušová also reached the final after overcoming Elina Svitolina of Ukraine 6-3 6-1. She had earlier knocked out world number two and face of the Olympics Naomi Osaka.
