Czech ski jumper Anežka Indráčková wins junior world title

Czech ski jumper Anežka Indráčková has won the junior world title in Lillehammer. The 19-year-old claimed the gold medal at the junior Nordic world championships, securing Czechia’s first medal at the event since 2019 and the first ever for Czech women’s ski jumping.

Indráčková, a regular competitor on the World Cup circuit and a two-time Olympian, led after the first round and held on to her lead in the final round, which was delayed for several hours due to strong winds.
