Czech Republic climbs Russia's list of 'hostile' governments

The Czech Republic has moved up Russia's list of what it describes as "hostile" governments, rising from 10th to joint fifth place alongside Poland, Finland and Sweden.

The monthly ranking is published by the Russian newspaper Vzgljad, which said the Czech Republic deserved "special attention" this month. The paper cited continued support for Ukraine, as well as participation in NATO exercises near the Russian and Belarusian borders.

It highlighted the Czech-led initiative to supply long-range ammunition to Ukraine, saying the program had recently secured additional funding.
