CZECH MADE - Snap fastener
A frequent component of coats, shirts, trousers and other apparel, the snap fastener has become an integral part of clothing since its invention in the 19th century. What helped the invention spread internationally was the snap fastener manufacturing machine developed by Czech company Koh-i-noor.
Jindřich Waldes was known as the “button king ”. Under the Koh-i-noor brand, Waldes and his partner Hynek Puc brought to market snaps on a scale never seen before.
